Cancellations & Returns

In case a customer finds any kind of dissatisfaction from our services, they have the liberty to cancel their products and request for a refund from us. Our policy for cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

If you will cancel product before despatchment then Rs100/- +transaction charges will be deducted from your amount & remaining amount will be transfer in your account.

Return Policy

Return of our purchased product is only available for following situations:

(a) If item was found defective

(b) If items was/were missing

(c) If items was damaged during shipping

(d) In case of Wrong item, Wrong size, quality,Material related issues was sent by the Seller.

(e)  If products different from the description on the website 

Also, it should be noted that the product should be return within 10 working days after the date of dispatch. In this case, after getting your product Rs 100/- +shipment charges + transaction charges + packing charges will be deducted from your amount & remaining amount will be transferred in your account.

Lastly if we got the product after 10 days from date of delivery it will not be accepted.

Different modes of refund available after cancellation :

(a) Back to source – available for orders with all sellers. The amount is refunded to the payment mode that was originally used to pay for the order

(b) NEFT transfer – available for all Cash-on-Delivery orders. As per policy, cash refunds are not possible

(c) The Wallet – available for orders with select sellers. You will get this option for eligible orders during cancellation
